Terms of Service

Welcome to RAMTECH Enterprises Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our IT Infrastructure and Civil Project services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

RAMTECH Enterprises Private Limited provides services including but not limited to:

  • IT Infrastructure Solutions
  • Software & Web Development
  • Security & Surveillance Systems
  • Civil Construction & Infrastructure Projects
  • Electrical & Mechanical Installations
  • Maintenance & Support Services

All services are subject to project agreements, quotations, and contractual terms.

3. Project Agreements

Any civil or IT project will be governed by a separate written agreement outlining:

  • Scope of work
  • Payment terms
  • Delivery timelines
  • Technical specifications
  • Warranty and maintenance terms

In case of conflict, the signed agreement shall prevail over these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

  1. First two (2) orders require 100% advance payment.
  2. For regular orders, 90% advance payment against Purchase Order (P.O.) is required.
  3. Applicable taxes will be extra (excluding GST 18%).
  4. Payments must be made within 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. An overdue interest of 20%  may be charged on delayed payments.
  6. Clients must quote the invoice number when remitting funds.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in:

  • Project delays
  • Suspension of services
  • Additional charges

5. Delivery & Validity

  • Delivery timeline: 1–2 weeks from the date of Purchase Order (P.O.), unless otherwise specified.
  • Quotation validity: 1 week from the date of quotation.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, designs, and materials are the property of RAMTECH Enterprises Private Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Ownership rights for software or digital deliverables will be defined in the respective project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

RAMTECH Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or force majeure events

8. Warranties

Construction and IT services may include warranties as specified in the signed project agreement. No additional warranties are implied unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, project data, and business-sensitive materials.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are violated
  • Misuse of services occurs
  • Legal or regulatory issues arise

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
